I want to know that...

'Detection Method: Player Vicinity Setting'
Is it possible that faraway hotspot(non detected hotspot) make its state turn off ?
And detected hotspot make its state turn on when it is detected.
I mean something like ActionList:hotspot enable or disable.
I think that Vicinity Setting just change hotspot layer.
