Was just wondering if someone knows of a tutorial for making NPC's wander around or follow paths so they look like they're going about their daily routine until the player clicks on them.
You can trigger the ActionList at any time in-game by calling it with the Engine: Run Actionlist Action. But to make the ActionList run when the scene begins, use the Cutscene on start field in the Scene Manager. This will be called when the scene begins, and should be used for any "set up" tasks like this.
