I am trying to get narration working for my game. This includes:
- sequence of lines and speech, taking advantage of AC's conversation system capabilities and localization
- shown with a custom gui (different from normal dialogues between characters)
- delivered by a character that has no representation in the scene
And the questions are:
1. Can I create a secondary dialogue gui to be used in mutual exclusion with the normal dialogue gui? How would it be best to setup this and would I be able to switch between using AC's actions (or is it only available via scripts)?
2. If I want to use the dialogue system, can I use it without a character or do I need a placeholder object for the narrator?

You can switch between Dialogue Menus by locking and unlocking the appropriate ones using the "Menu: Change state" Action.
